Every metal roof must be inspected in person before an accurate estimate can be given. We look for condition, pitch, and dirtness in this free inspection. Only then can the correct option for cleaning be quoted. 

Mr Green Pressure clean uses mostly water to clean your metal roof. We put a light mixture of 10% cleaner to 90% water on the roof section first to loosen the organic stains. Then we use 100% water to throughly rinse and remove any organic stains.

We can clean most types of metal roofs. Standing seam, galvanized, stone coated metal, and decra are just a few examples. 

Tile Roof Cleaning Professional

Here at Mr Green Pressure Clean we are experts at cleaning tiles roofs without damage to the roof or the plants below.

We start by spraying a 10% mixture of cleaner and 90% water on the roof. This mixture will help loosen the organic materials on the roof but not damage plants below. 

We then use a commercial pressure washer with a special designed surface cleaner for roofs. This is nessary to remove all the organic materials from the tile. This process uses 100% water to clean.

Once we surface clean the roof we again use 100% water to rinse the tiles and hit any missed spots the surface cleaner could not get to.

With Mr Green Pressure Clean your roof cleaning doesn't stop at the roof. After we completely clean and rinse the roof we then rinse any dirt that came off the roof off the home. This includes pool cage and deck, exterior of home and gutters, and the driveway. We always clean up after our self. And of course the plants get a good rinse as well. 

Professional Shingle Roof Cleaning

Our Shingle roof cleaning is a soft wash process. We spray a 30-40% mixture of cleaner to 60-70% water on the roof to loosen the organic stains. After about 20-30 minutes we lightly rinse the roof with a low pressure tip and 100% water to completely remove the stains and cleaner. 

We strive to be plant friendly.  Shingle roof manufacturers recommend this soft wash process and sometimes when not careful can be harmful to plants. We take every precaution to avoid plant damage. We throughly rinse the plants before, during, and after the cleaning process.  

The results are amazing.
